We are a small audit studio focused on business continuity inside fintech operations — not a software vendor and not a generic management consultancy. Our work sits between operations, risk, and technology when plans look complete but rehearsals and ownership are thin.
How we work
Engagements start with a scoping conversation about critical processes, regulatory pressure, and which disruption scenarios matter most. We then map continuity controls, sample rehearsal evidence, interview owners, and deliver a ranked findings pack with remediation sequencing.
Deliverables are written for people who must keep services running: process inventories, call-tree matrices, recovery checklists, and workshop notes — so continuity remains maintainable after we leave.
